I'm Mona. I'm a 25-year-old full-time working mom of a boy named Nathan (born 2006), wife of a man named Mike and a resident of Seattle. I am originally from a small island called Saipan and I try to stay out of the rain, mostly.
"Kirida" is a Chamorro word bestowed on females, mostly the youngest or the favorite. I am the youngest of five children so you can figure out who the "kirida" was.

this is better. babies are useless. it's so much more fun when they start developing personalities, talking back, walking around like they're drunk. not that i know from experience, but that's what i've noticed from my friend's kids...

Seriously? Is Anon seriously being mean about a one year old with bruises on his head? No way, right? Nobody's dumb enough NOT to assume it's from toddle-walking right?
Hey but - I suspect that Anon was kidding. I think everyone knows that if you need to beat your kid, you should only use body blows to the torso - otherwise it's too noticeable.
