His haircut is looking cute now! I mean, not that it wasn't before, right after you cut it! No no no! It looked 100% fine! I'm just saying that now it looks EVEN MORE fine!
I watched about 10 minutes of that video. I could REALLY use some email management help, but I couldn't bring myself to watch an hour video on it. What were the best pointers?
